        • Statue of limitations means that it happened, so it’s a confession, but it also means its been too long for it to matter. Pierce can’t be proscecuted

          • I don’t think Statue of limitations would apply actually. This (if you ignore canon) happened in the 7th grade. They’re now in the 9th grade if you accept they’re still freshmen. That’s only a 2 year difference. For most states, statue of limitations for theft appears to average around 5 years.
