  1. Me and my dad lift weights together. It’s kinda cool. Father-son bonding time, ya know. LOL. Sometimes it seems like the ONLY thing we have in common but it’s good we got that. He know a lot about lifting and he’s a good workout buddy. Can’t see Jeremy’s dad lifting weights, though. At least not more than a few times before he quits like most people do.
